Will you send me a tracking number?

After your order is sent, we will send you a shipping confirmation that will include a tracking number. This will allow you to track the location and estimated arrival time of your shipment.

I placed my order two days ago and I haven't received an order confirmation. What should I do?

First, we recommend checking your junk mail. Sometimes order confirmations are misunderstood by email software and filed under junk mail. To prevent this from happening in the future, please add orders@mintandberry.com to your address book.

If your order confirmation is not in your junk mail, please contact us and we will take care of it.
